The Effect of Organizational Trust and Job Satisfaction on Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Private Senior High Schools

چکیده

This research aims to investigate and describe the variables that positively influence teachers' OCB so if variable is improved, will increase. method begins with determining conceptual model of teacher OCB, organizational trust, job satisfaction, whose built based on logical validity, concepts, theories, previous research. Then was tested using path analysis SMART PLS. conducted at private senior high schools in West Java, Indonesia; number samples 256, determined through multistage proportional random sampling. The findings this are: trust affects OCB; satisfaction; satisfaction has a positive significant indirect effect OCB. implies improving can be done including strengthening environmental influences, demonstrating integrity, competence, policies school, welfare payments, promotion, supervision, work atmosphere.
